When and Where?The Stride Clinic is a Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC) event held one Saturday per month at our Parklawn Drive location. It is open to MCRRC members only for a small fee. The experts involved are ProAction Physical Therapy therapists, certified running coaches, Dr. Adam Spector (podiatrist), massage therapist, and footwear expert from RNJ Discounters (www.rnjsports.com). The Jewish Community Center Running Clinic is free to members of the JCC and there is a nominal fee for non-members. This clinic is held every other month. Please call 301-881-2273 to inquire about schedule, cost, and sign-up. To gain more information regarding the JCC, please visit www.jccgw.org.
The Running Clinic is an event open to the general public held one evening per month at Fleet Feet in Gaithersburg (www.fleetfeetgaithersburg.com). This private clinic was created so that all members of the running community can take advantage of this valuable service. The experts involved are Rachel Miller, PT, OCS and RRCA certified running coach, Dr. Adam Spector, podiatrist, and the shoe experts at Fleet Feet. Mike Broderick, who was a valued part of our team for 10 years, passed away on November 5, 2010. A very sad loss for us, and we miss him terribly.
