Welcome to ProAction Physical Therapy!
Who we are: Our clinic was established in 2001 by Rachel Miller, PT, OCS, Certified Running Coach. She had the vision to create an environment where people will receive the highest quality of care in a one-on-one setting. We schedule each patient in individual time slots, creating one-on-one time with your therapist. At ProAction Physical Therapy, we are about QUALITY.
ProAction in Action's second annual food drive begins on Monday, Dec. 5th. In support of SOME (So Others Might Eat), a collection box will be in our waiting room area, awaiting donations to help nourish the hungry in our community. SOME is an interfaith, community-based organization that exists to help the poor and the homeless.
ProAction Physical Therapy is a proud supporter of SOME and enjoys being a part of their important mission. We welcome and appreciate your support as well. So THANK YOU in advance for adding to our food drive box and for ultimately helping feed families in need.
Please feel free to ask Pam or Sheila any questions you may have regarding this food drive.
The next session of our popular Aquafit class begins on Wednesday, January 11th. The class runs 2x/week x 6 weeks on Wednesdays and Fridays. This class is great for those who want to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, posture, and balance in a safe, pain-free, warm water environment! Space is limited so please call us to reserve your spot.
